Lift Ring

When uncovering my 1990 Master Craft Maristar this spring I found that the front lift ring had come loose. I can't pull it all the way out, what I believe is a lug-nut is still on but I don't know how to tighten it or how to access this area. Has anyone had to deal with something like this? Any help would be great, I can really take the boat out until fixed at the lift ring just bounces around and will damage the boat. The picture is tilted to the left, sorry.
Thanks

Should just screw back into the nut and tighten up. At least that's how my ps190 is

the forward cushion should pull out giving you access to the mount in the bow.

The forward cushion comes out?? I will take a closer look at that this weekend but I did not see that as an option. It's in there pretty tight, appears to be screwed in from behind.

On a 90 Maristar even if you pull the front cushion out you wont have access to the lifting ring. The cushion is held in with plastic "christmas trees" that are plugged into 3/8 in holes. You're gonna have to find a way to get your hand up into the bow through either the front seats or if you have speakers up there through those mounting holes. I do not remember any speakers up front in stock configuration.

Short of that, separating the hull will be the only way.

Not on an open bow Maristar.

Just stick a large screwdriver in there and turn it! Simple as that!
