Don't mean to interfere, but are you sure that a prop for a 1:1 transmission (assuming a 1" shaft) will fit a 1-1/8" shaft?

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

MC spline shafts are 1.125" dia.

This prop measures 12.5" diameter and is a 4 blade made in Sept. '02. Stamped on the hub is 13 x 14 L. I am told that OJ Props use to round up their numbers where as now they use exact measurements like Acme in their numbering system. This is the factory prop off my 2003 PS-197, it's got 100 hours on the prop, but no dings and looks new.

Here are OJ's size listings: http://www.ojprop.com/site/sizes.htm

Good deal. I have plenty to learn. Again, wasn't trying to interfere or anything.
