Surfing Vid 2001 X-Star (205V hull)

Good time on the water last night. Not my best wave, nor my best riding, but it is always fun behind the MC!

Ballast setup: 750 rear locker, +/-300 KGB, 300 bow. One 250lb person in bow, driver and 2 others in rear (maybe 500 lbs total between those 3). Usually run another 600lb in bow, but old bag busted last night.

We were running 9.8 mph in the video. That is my normal spped, unless I am riding a really fast surf style board, then adjust as needed (closer to 10.6-11+).

I was skeptical to post this with the wave being less than stellar. My front sac busting made us have to adjust the setup, but still worked out ok.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Cary rip it up on a surf board, wakeskate, wakeboard, and foil. As the video shows, a skilled rider can over come less than perfect conditions and it does not take a huge wave to throw some serious moves. Way to rock that wave!

Nice ride. Had a super sac r put in this friday. I makes it so easy to fill and drain my ballast sacs. I dont have to sit and wait to fill and drain. I just put my ballast sacs where i want and hook up the hose and fill.
