2010 X25 Ballast Pump Help

Last weekend after our ridding I went to empty the ballast tanks and the starboard tank would not empty.

I got it narrowed to something between the switch and the pump. I was able to test both and they worked just fine.

Is there a circuit breaker between the switch and pump? I looked in the port side rear seat where the perko switch is and the only circuit breakers there are Main, Bilge Pump, Bilge Pump, Memory. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you should have a breaker panel for the pumps in the portside storage behind the seats
