The sad fact is, had Bama won the first game we probably would have gotten to see that game between Bama and Oklahoma St.

But in the end, the Crystal is in Tuscaloosa today and for the entire next year!

Alabama proved they were the better team. A very impressive defense for sure. LSU had an awesome year and, although they appeared to not show up last night, I think a lot of that had to do with 'Bama's D. And Alabama's offense put up some decent numbers, they just didn't punch it in--but 380-some yards against LSU is nothing to sneeze at. Their offense just doesn't jump out at you like Oregon or OK St. Either way, for the system we have, best team won in 2011 (or '12, however you look at it).
