Fly High Ballast Bags

A buddy of mine gave me 2 rear locker Fly High Ballast bags from his old X45. They don't say on them how much weight they hold. Wanting to add one for the port side and use a Tsunami pump (2012 apparently they don't have the PNP figured out?).

Thinking the more weight the better. Anyone have any recos either how to figure out weight or recommendations on 1000 lb bag to use? Also - Tsunami pump the right one to use for now?

Pretty new to surfing so any advice would be appreciated.

What are the measurements of the bags when full?

using inches... (L x W x H) * 0.036 = weight in lbs.
