Should I replace my damper plate?

Transmission seals are leaking. Engine has almost 600 hrs. (94 prostar 205). So will be installing new seals and friction plates. My damper plate doesn't show any signs of failure. So should I replace damper plate, as part of plan maintenance, or not worry about it.

2004 Red/White/Black something or other.
