Why are you selling???

I have put about 500 miles on it in the last 4 years. Mostly taking my son to daycare or school. Last year when we bought our boat really got me to consider selling.

I have an 05 Night Train (bought new) that is on and off the chopping block all the time. Dont ride it much, but have had some kind of motorcycle all my life. Mine only has 2800 miles on it, but I just cant part with it. I'm not wearing it out by any means.........

I can relate to this. lol I have a '98, same model as yours but it has 50K on it, But, since my wife had our son we ain't got to ride as much. We did do 265 miles a couple of weeks ago and that was great! I won't get rid of mine. lol I have a 113" chop at the metal shop right now and I'm planning on a new Road Glide Ultra next year.

Man I hope you are right, I priced it to sell. I will also throw in my HD rainsuit and two helmets. I broke my back 3 summers ago on the track. Got to do the ambulance, Life Light to Minneapolis, and 13 days in the hospital to replace my fractured (burst) T-12 vertebrae. I thought I'd be scared getting back on bikes, but wasn't. The wife wouldn't let me back on the big ones, but still lets me run my 88. It's a CRF50, punched to 88cc's with big boy bars. These are an absolute must! My son has his CRF50 and we rip up everything. She was a little pissed when a neighbor said a jump on one of our vacant lots couldn't be done. I did it, not gracefully, and only came away with 1 broken rib.

Same here. '05 Fat Boy. Every time I get serious about selling it - even took pics and composed ad once - I decide I don't really need the money and keep it.

Good luck on the sale. That's a nice bike at a good price. I always said if I ever replaced my Fat Boy, I would get a Road King just like that one.

Gotta love the fiddy's. A good friend of mine has one punched to 88cc as well. That thing will flip you off it in a heartbeat if you're not careful. Wheelie fun is an understatement.
