About the harshes cleaner I've ever gone with was orange hand cleaner. The pumis does a great job on cleaning but does not contain any bleach so you don't really need to worry about the threads weakening.

The gelcoat on the floor should come clean with simple green and worn out green scratch pad.

When vinyl is made, it forms a skin that's mostly non-porous, but the rest is very porous, almost like foam with very tiny bubbles. If you use any kind of abrasive on vinyl, it will always get very dirty and will never clean up completely. DO NOT use abrasives or strong solvents.

Simple Green and a soft bristle brush works great but don't use a brush that's too hard..
