08 tandem boatmate trailer

My tandem trailer has no stopping power from the 4 wheel disc brakes. On inspection I found there is no brake fluid in the trailer

How do I fix this.
How much brak fluid do I need

I would check at the reservoir at the front end near the hitch if there is brake fluid. If none, just top up, and I would suggest a brake bleed to ensure you have no aair in the lines, getting the fluid to the caliper. Just keep checking the reservoir making sure fluid is there at all times if you go through the bleeding process
