OK- dash panels are done. The HemiHead font looks really good- props to whoever found that font and shared it. I know on my hull the word MasterCraft uses a combination of upper and lowercase letters, but I think all uppercase (but with different font size) looks better.
They'll be installed tomorrow, pictures to follow. :crossesfingers Hope I got all my measurements right. Realized that while I measured the hole diameter for the hour meter and depth gauge, I didn't measure the diameter of the trim ring. I left enough space for a 1/4" trim ring on each gauge, so I should be OK. G |

Just a heads up for folks who are interested- since this is engraving stock (black over white), the edges of the panels are white. I don't think it's a big deal, but they will be slightly different from original.

Nicely done. I had a fabricator duplicate my panels on my 89'.
Anodized aluminum, engraved and painted lettering. These should hold up a little longer than the stocks ![]() |

I thought about going that way, but the minimum charge was $150, and that was for a plain aluminum panel with cutouts. Powdercoat and lettering would have been more.
I'm not too worried about holding up, seeing as how my boat's 25 years old. If I get 25 years out of these new panels, that's good enough for me. I can always knock out another set if I need to. G |

Dash panels installed:
Slight goof on the switch panel- left a set with a painter to see if he could clearcoat them and cut a second set out. Forgot to re-set the home position so the cutouts for the switches were slightly off, which is why there's a tiny bit of space between a couple of the switches. Also didn't realize I ran a version of the template without the labels for the breakers. I'll be picking up more stock this week (I hope) and cutting another set to make sure they work. Anyone know where I can get a replacement horn button? Although I've thought about moving the horn over to the throttle using a B&M shift knob: ![]() and substituting a 12v charging port. G |

Sorry for the delay in updating, but currently waiting on delivery of engraving stock. Should have it Friday, and will make several sets this weekend.
If you're (still) interested, shoot me a PM with mailing address and we can finalize arrangements. Again, sorry for the delay in all of this. Greg |

Any chance anyone has done their homework on 1993 Maristar 225 panels? I need to replace mine as well. It looks like the key panel, horn panel and rocker panels are similar to others, but not the main gauge cluster panel.
