Crack in patched hull

Hi All
Im taking off the blistered gelcot on a 1999 maristar and a patch on the spine of the hull, below the the infloor locker, is leaking after some grinding. How do I remove the infloor storage box to be able to examine and make repairs from inside as well as outside please?
