I sent ncsone the Pro-E grommet files you sent me. He made some adjustments based on field measurements of his panel and mine and went from there. They should be a bit shallower than the ones you made.

Pretty happy to see this come to fruition. Thanks to you for starting this, and thanks to ncsone for picking up the ball. It's been a lot of work on his part, and I very much appreciate it.

Yes, glad to get this done. One of the bolts on my panel pulled out two years ago and I have been putting this off. Once another one blew out, I knew I had to do something. Was glad to see them all arrive this AM.

Now, with my black panel, I just need to decide if I want to leave them silver, or paint them black. I think automotive trim black (not flat and not gloss) would match the panel pretty well.

Maybe I'll test out some scrap aluminum to check for color match and scratch resistance.

Great idea! Not sure where to go for that though, or if someone would take on this small of a job.

Powder coating could be another option.
