OK all - I just received shipment confirmation from the machine shop, so I should have these in tomorrow. If you are interested, I still have some available for sale. PM me or email me at ncs197(at)gmail(dot)com.

Thx.

Email sent. I just noticed one of mine had ripped out on Sunday. Good timing.

Just got these in. I am going to check measurements and test fit this weekend, and then will ship out to those who have ordered theirs on Monday.

Those look good. Glad someone was able to make them for you. I can verify dimensions for you if you want.

I sent ncsone the Pro-E grommet files you sent me. He made some adjustments based on field measurements of his panel and mine and went from there. They should be a bit shallower than the ones you made.

Pretty happy to see this come to fruition. Thanks to you for starting this, and thanks to ncsone for picking up the ball. It's been a lot of work on his part, and I very much appreciate it. Name: thumbup.gif

Yes, glad to get this done. One of the bolts on my panel pulled out two years ago and I have been putting this off. Once another one blew out, I knew I had to do something. Was glad to see them all arrive this AM.

Now, with my black panel, I just need to decide if I want to leave them silver, or paint them black. I think automotive trim black (not flat and not gloss) would match the panel pretty well.

Maybe I'll test out some scrap aluminum to check for color match and scratch resistance.

Perhaps get them anodized?

Great idea! Not sure where to go for that though, or if someone would take on this small of a job.
Guess I'll start looking.

Powder coating could be another option.
