2007 X1 For Sale - Low Hours

I think I want to sell my 2007 X1 as the kids have grown. It is currently in storage and is winterized. Prior to posting on Boat Trader or Only Inboards or Craig's List, I wanted to give my fellow TT members a shot at it. Based on my research, the boat should be valued around $37K-$38K. This is NOT the $39,999 X1 that Mastercraft was advertising in 2006 and 2007 so don't try to compare it to that boat. I don't have to sell this boat so serious inquiries only.

The oil has always been changed at the beginning of each season along with the impellar. It is winterized each year along with engine fogging and fuel treatment.

Looks like a very nice boat that is always desirable and should be more desirable now that it has been retired. Since you mention it, what are the options that differentiate it from the 39,999? Gel scheme, tower speakers and amp, bimini, cover...I'm not busting chops, I just don't know what was optional from the price point boat.
