Bought a used 209, need to sell 1989 prostar 190 less than 600 hours. Great shape had the since new, always garaged except weekends in the summer. Asking $7200.00.

I don't think so - seems like a legit starting price. Low hours, good condition for age, and maybe one owner? You can find plenty of trashed out late '80s for $5K and under...good ones run a little more IMHO.

Looks nice to me. I would rather have a one owner, low hr.non salt, garaged boat anyday. Interior, capet, gelcoat and motor repair, adds up to a whole lot more on an abused example. Its worth paying more for. You will save money in the long run.

I can vouch for that from my experience on my ragged out 88 Prostar....only saving grace is it is a Mastercraft and it sure pulls!

Hindsight though does kick me in the backside and tell me I should have had more patience for this boat to have come along!
