West Coast Reunion.....

My Father and I were thinking of bringing our boats (84 & 85 S&S) making the trip down to the delta from Portland Oregon for the reunion, and I wanted to see what everybody thought of last years event to see if its worth making the 12 hr drive...
Thanks
Gary

I've never been to a reunion, but my guess is that they are a lot of fun, and i know that if I were going to the reunion, i'd love to you your boats, so why not go?

maybe you can talk them into a few extra rolls of the dice on that x9 for being traveling far?

Should I go or should I stay?

I've been attending since 1989. They are a lot of fun. In the old days they were held at an amusement park. (Marine World or Great America)The closest you got to the water was at the ski show or test driving the new models. The new "on the water" format is a big improvement.
You can spend most of the day interacting with other members and enjoying your boat.

If you attend, you will probably get an award for driving so far (if they still give an award for that) Also, your boat looks great....you may do well in the boat judging.

I'm lucky. I've never had to drive more than 4 hours (round trip) to attend the reunion. Towing two boats for 12 hours is a different story. Just think, if you like it, you may be doing this every year.

How old is that baby again. It looks like you have 4 wks until that reunion. Oh never mind. Just looked at your profile. Hell I don’t know if I would go that far w/o a baby
