2003 PS197 Need Troubleshooting help

I have a 2003 PS 197 with LQ9 motor with a possible gauge/sensor/wiring issue. Here is what happens. When things are cold (first run of the morning) everything works fine, after the temperature gauge reaches 160ish, the temperature gauge quits working along with the tach and hour meter. Otherwise, the boat runs fine. The tach reading in Perfect Pass still works and so does PP. Here is what I have done so far:
1. Unplug temp gauge - tach and hour meter still quit working.
2. Unplug tach/hour meter - temp gauge still quits working.
3. Replace temperature sensor at front of motor - temp gauge/hr/tach still quit working.
4. Replaced MMDC - temp gauge/hr/tach still quit working.

Anyone have any ideas?
Does the LQ9 have more than 1 temperature sensor?
Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
I love my boat but this is driving me crazy.
Thanks for any help.
