Great wakeboard shot X2momma!

My kids have only skiied this year (and tubed). I've been pretty lazy with the camera, one shot of Heather at the beginning of the year. She is asking to try one ski, but I want her to be very comfortable on two and able to lift one ski. It'll be a happy day if she makes it up on one before year end!

My little guy ~ Spencer ~ 2 and a half. Pretty good form and balance for his age. I'm holding off for another year or two before he gets to go. His constant requests to "Ski Daddy, Ski?" or "Bakeboard Daddy? Mencer Do it Daddy?" are getting hard to say no to. I tried pulling him in the pool, he just doesn't have the strength to manage the gear.

He has a great time on his tube with Mom. Garage sale $5 - that's how all tubes should be priced. He's already used to going behind the boat. Can't wait to try the boom when he's ready.

Yep, that is Northern California in the summer. Hot and dry. The first picture was taken in July at Lake Don Pedro and the second picture was taken last July at New Malones Res. The two are about 20 miles apart up in the "gold country" of NorCal. Humidity up there is next to nothing in the summer.



We gave in without a fight about the wakeboard this summer. If they want to get behind the boat and do something other than tube, I don't really care if it is wakeboarding or skiing. As long as they do it. I know my oldest can get up on the doubles, she is just scared. I don't know how to get around that. Bribery is not working.

Those are great shots of the kids on skiis. Steve - Congrats to your son up on one this year. Only took me 33 years to figure it out.
