Removing MCX engine from 2004 197

I need to remove my 5.7 MCX engine from my 2004 197. Does anyone know how these engines are normally connected to for lifting? Does the intake need to be removed to access intake bolt holes in heads or is there an easier way?

should have two lifting brackets mounted to block
