okay gang, I've got decals on boat, trailer painted and rewired, new rims and tires, carpet etc. Just waiting on the interior from upholstery shop. Thought I'd add a few more pics of the old girl.

Just had to put the before and after shots together even though you aren't done yet. What a transformation.

Who is doing your upholstery work?

You have done a great job, needless to say. I have restored several of these old boats and have a true appreciation of your work.

Nice work! Its like restoring a classic corvette. I bet more Mastercrafts get restored than any other boat brand except maybe Cigarette. And probably has Cig covered too.

thanks everyone for the positive comments! and thatsmrmastercraft thanks for putting together the before and after pics.
I've got some decals on their way for the trailer, Jim @ baws has been outstanding in creating the right decals for me. I highly recommend him!!

I'm debating whether to actually put her in the river this year...or just haul her to the harbor, drink beer, and watch my buddies oooh and ahh over her. lol
Next step, interior. It's gonna be sweet!!

I have a small local upholstery shop near me. The owner is kind of a boat fanatic. He's using a pleated material on the seats and top of engine lid. What I've seen so far looks great!
