The pollen is not too bad to be out on the lake in as long as you dont have allergy's and don't mind a yellow boat when you get home. We got pollen bad in South Carolina when I lived down there and it never stopped us. Most of the pollen was close to the shore. You would find some in the middle of the lake. Just depends on how bad you want to get out on the water.
