I am in the process of changing over from drum brakes to disc as well as a new swing tongue on my trailer.

Bought all the parts from California Trailer Works, great guys to deal with

New Actuator (A-60)
Swing Tongue
New lines, front to back
Discs
Calipers

Welded the hinge on at work one day last fall
Had the Swing Tongue powder coated
Installed the Starboard side before putting the boat in the garage last fall as it is against a wall
Installed the port side as well as the new lines on saturday

Now just to bleed the actuator and then the brake system and I will be off to the races

That boat sounds kind of loose being able to hold 18 people.

That is why I live in the south...my body is not built for temperatures like that...I just bumped to thermostat up 2 degrees looking at those pictures...

Agreed TEngineer.......I hope the poor MCraft doesnt get frost bite! Brrrrr.

The snowmobile looks fun......but i think in the end i prefer a Coppertone day w/cervezas.

It's a balmy 28 degrees here. Don't need any arctic expedition wear to run around in. And there are plenty warm summer days to enjoy. I do like the opportunity to enjoy all 4 seasons.
