I'm going to call "Bull". No disrespect, I just don't see how it would stay in the water. Speed boats with weight have enough problems. I can't imagine this thing - even on smooth water.

when its LOADED (no pun intended) with Drugs.....it has Plenty of weight to keep it in the water.
