WTB: Sky Ski or Air Chair

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an Airchair or Sky Ski. I'm located in Ontario Canada.

I wish their was a way you could try one out before you had to buy it!! It looks cool as hell, but I'm not sure its worth $2,500 to get into it!

Skyski gets the popular vote by almost everyone.
www.foilforum.com for more info

You don't need to spend $2500 to start out. Used Skyskis can be had for under $800. Check ebay, craigslist and the above site. They are so much fun to ride, been on mine for 3 years to help save my knees from wakeboarding.

Skyski had the market by the balls until Airchair was bought out by Nate. Now he's dumping tons of money into R&D and Airchair is gaining FAST! Which I believe is a good thing for the sport.

We've got an Air Chair, and it's fine for learning/having fun, but once you decide you want to start jumping, the Sky Ski seems to be the way to go.

So, if all you can find is an Air Chair Stealth, buy it and have fun for the rest of summer. You'll be able to sell it next year or the year after for what you paid for it, and you'll have the experience to be able to beg/borrow/rent various Sky Ski's and decide what you really like.

I'll say it's pretty tough to find any of them north of the border here in Canada, especially in Ontario. I'd like to get one that will allow me and my girlfriend to progress, which my feeling is the Sky Ski at this point.

Anyone got one for sale?
