I used to love watching Ship Shape. Great show, but I have not seen it in a long time.

It would be cool to see something like this, but it would have to be for the boating industry in general. Quite honestly, I'm not interested in watching anyone restore or do work to only a single build of boat. MC yes, but others no.

Maybe we could find out the correct way to oil Teak, and change an impeller.

different ways to get the job done, how to's about maintenance, feedback on new products on the market, new equipment coming out, how to's on different things (sports IE wakeboarding, barefooting, skiing), new gear, all of these things can be in the show.

Gearheads have powerblock, what do we have?

It could get a start as a segment in the Rewind series that they have every year and release it via the web (You Tube, Etc.) ..... picture Zane's Tech Minute ...

"Hi, I am Zane Schwenk, and today I am going to talk to you about packing ..... "

"Hi everyone .... ever wonder why the rudder is offset on your boat?"

"In today's segment, we can talk about the impeller and how to remove it, and how often you should do it."

"Hi fellow MC'ers .... I want to show you how to care for your tower."

Ok ... I'll stop now ... but I like the idea of some quick productions as a part of Rewind type shows.

I agree, quick productions on how-to's would be nice, it shows that the people at MC care aboutyou and your purchase, weather its a new or used boat because they are showing you how to properly maintenance it. They don't have to worry about mechanics not getting work because you still have people that make enough money that they don't bother with maintenance, they just take it in and get it done. But some of us like working on our toys, and take pride in it, that is the market that this type of show would really be geared towards. It would keep you current market and draw new market because now people see that MC cares more than other companies.

If it were strictly inboards it would be great, but I can see something like this gravitating to I/O's, then all you would have would be a show about putting a tower on a Tahoe.
