Yeah, when you've got 4 kids, an open bow is pretty much a necessity, esp if you want to bring anyone else

lol I have two recliners, a toilet, and a bed under my covered bow. Makes it nice fro the young'n to lay down and take a nap. Awww shucks, he was prolly made there!

Did anyone else notice the Axis-esque windshield. Kinda strange looking but a killer idea. Very functional IMO.

You know I never noticed that, hate it. Not sure how it is functional, my wallet, phone, sunglasses case, hat etc get stacked up on that side. I am pretty sure that stuff wouldn't stay there. Why would you want an Axis windshield on a Mastercraft?

I think it would be nice to reach down and splash a little water on my back. It's always super hot here in the summer, and 10 minutes into pulling somebody I'm sweating bad and getting cranky. Also, it makes it much easier to talk ($hit) to the dropped skier or boarder while bringing the rope around.

I will say though, that I would miss the side window as well because this is where I mount the pouch that holds my ipod, phone, and sunglasses generally.
