Which ballast pump?

My stock ballast pump stopped working, it's a jabsco model# 8xxxxx. I looked for a new one online and they run about $240! Is there a cheaper maybe better alternative?

My pumps were intermittently not working and then finally quit all together. I took the motors apart, cleaned up the brush contact area, greased the bushings and put them back together. I also polished the pump housing as shown in different post. They're both working as good as new now. I can take some pictures on the process if you're interested.

Here are some pictures of what I did to clean up the motor to improve their performance. I also polished the pump housings, but there's a different post someone did for that.
