krypt equalizer- installation and reviews?

I was wondering what people thought of the krypt equalizer (http://www.bulletlines.com/Krypt-KMA...-EQ-p/4555.htm). It's clearly much cheaper than the Wet Sounds one and appears to be exactly the same.

Also, how do you install it? Would you put it in the glovebox area or under the steering wheel? Are some kind of instructions included in the box? I would assume so but I just want to make sure. I was thinking under the glovebox would be a good spot then drill a hole to run the AUX cable and the PA microphone into the glovebox. But I'm not sure about that. Suggestions?
