What are your thoughts on it?

here is shot of the factory 91 steering wheel and then the Grant 457.
I was thinking about buy a new steering wheel myself.
When you guys buy these aftermarket steering wheels, go they bolt right up or do you have to buy a steering wheel adapter?

Thanks!

A 5 bolt Grant wheel will bolt right on. A 6 bolt Grant, Momo, Isotta or other, requires an adapter or a new hub.

I put a 6 bolt Grant on a few years ago on my 99'. Had to use an adapter from Grant, they were very helpful.

Just installed my new wheel on my 1996 Prostar that I have been refurbishing. You can see it on the last page of this thread. I wanted something that would match the dash panels I just refurbished too.

When I bought my boat used, it came with some aftermarket steering wheel.

I want to go with something similar to the Grant.

Does anyone make a Mastercraft center cap that will fit those?

www.greaklakesskipper.com has MC steering wheel center hub decals, about $14, I think. I put one on my new replacement wheel (see picture).

If you could pick any of these wheels, which would you pick?

If I offer a way to get one of these wheels for $95-120 +10 shipping, would you buy today?
This would not come with the MC custom centercap (compare the difference on the three spoke wheel pics, same wheel, different center cap).

This is compard to paying $275-400 plus another $50-90 for the center cap at a MC dealer.
