Raw water intake?

This looks to be my raw water intake on my 97 maristar 225. Correct? Has anyone ever relocated this pump? I'm trying to clear the storage areas on the sides of the engine so I can put 1100lb sacs in.

That looks like a strainer to me. Raw water pump should be on the engine.

Ok thanks. I couldn't see where the input side was coming from so I assumed it was connected to a thru hull fitting. It must run up to the front of the engine. Hopefully I can easily relocate that then.
