Backup parts?

The further I get into boating, the more I learn.
It seems these things don't run perfect all the time.
I am putting together a spare parts kit. Parts that I could change out, so the weekend will not be lost.
What parts do you keep at the lake?
Keep in mind that I am of the average mechanical apptitude group.
