Depending on your $$ range, the x14v has been a great crossover boat so far (only 9 hrs) for me. You said "big wakeboarding wake"--I wouldn't classify the wake as big though--but with full ballast (approx. 600lbs) and a couple of passengers it puts out what I would describe as a "medium" wake. Very adjustable however. Add a couple of sacs and who knows what you would get. Really good slalom wake though once you hit 30-32. I also have the adjustment plate which does seem to flatten the bump even more. Just my two cents...
