Bow Weights...please help O' master

As some of you know I have a 2004 210 VRS Maristar. It is a V drive which is great..... but we seem to only gather guests in the rear section of the boat. The bow cushions are like new because no on ever sits up there. The issue is that my son likes to side-slide and practice switch at about 14 or 15 MPH. This means the nose is pointed up like a frickin' missle, especially with all the folks on board. Soooooo...

I have seen (I think) sand bags made especially to correct this and other issues. Since then I cannot find them. Anyone have any leads? Are sand bags the way to go or other????? suggestions appreciated!!!!

Thanks in advance...

Steve

There was a thread going earlier today on a MariStar porpoising problem. Someone mentioned they purchased lead shot from a gun shop and put it in 25# bags so they can shift weight around as needed.

Here's a link to the thread

Steve,

I have an 04 X10 and have experienced some of the same issues. I have noticed that by filling up the center ballast( which located in the ski locker ) about 1/2 way, helps to correct this problem. You might want to think about adding a ballast. That way you don't have to carry the weight all the time.

Just a thought.

Jim

Thank you for stating the obvious. Unfortunately they like to collect in the back and I have enough things to bit*h about as it is, I think my quota is full.
