Tower Inserts Removal

Ok Im replacing my tower inserts due to fading. I have no idea on how to remove them. I know they are on there with double sided tape. Thats not the problem, the problem is trying to find something to get under the insert to remove them. So looking for suggestions or how to stuff if someone has do it before. Thanks
