Installing Tie down Cleats

Has anybody installed cleats on their boat? I have a MC Prostar 205 and my dock and isn't set up to adequetely tie down my boat. So Im pretty sure I have to install a couple cleats. Can anybody give me good recommendations on which pop up cleats to buy as well as the best way to install them with out fracturing the gelcoat? Thanks!

Lots of good quality cleats out there. IIRC we put down duct tape to protect the gelcoat from chipping. Just drill a couple of starter holes and use a jig saw,and go real slooooowwww.

Good luck

I put some pop up cleats on mine. They are easy to do.
Lots of power is good, more is better, too much is just right.
