Question for you: My dash has been screwed together 6 ways from sunday to keep it together. How many screws are in the original dash, and where are they located? I see two at the top above the speedos. Others?

If I'm not mistaken it's just four screws that hold on the dash.

Nice job on the repair and the write-up. This kind of effort really helps for so many others who are contemplating this same job.

Wow,
What a search find. We need to take this project up in the late Fall since our dash is falling apart as well! glad I found this, now I feel confident enough to tackle this project.

How is it holding up so far? I have an '87 with a lot of cracks and like your idea.
