What did you pay for your tower speakers/amp?

Just curious... I have 4 of the wetsounds 6.5 HLCD's and the Syn 2 amp and I'm wondering if my "Good deal" was actually a rip off. I'll post up the price only if someone else paid more than me.

I did email Krypt a while ago to see if they could give me a deal ad they offered me 33% off their HLCD's if your interested. I hear a LOT of mixed reviews however which is why I went with Wetsounds.

I purchased some Wetsounds last year. The only deals I remember were some packages that were being offered where you bought speakers bundled with and amp and received 20% off. March seems to be the month when these deals started showing up last year.

Got the same deal. Bought Pro 80's, sub, syn 2, WS420 eq, and I think syn 6?(don't remember exactly). 20% off everything. Hope they do it again because I'm thinking of adding MB8's.

Ok after shipping I average about 30-32% off list price for everything. I'd pass along the name but this is just some stuff a shop had lying around. Bought it all up.

Turned out that my local Wetsound dealer just happened to be a good friend. He was able to take care of me with out having to bundle an amp in with the pair of 485s and a 420.

Did you or has anyone looked into the Exile/Samson 7HD speakers? I really like there quick disconnect and having no wires showing but don't know anything about the sound quality.

I've heard lots of good things about the Exile products. I've never actually heard them though. The quick disconnect setup is pretty nice if you need to take the speakers down. It also allows them to be rotated 360 degrees depending on where you want the sound.
