Broken tilt wheel

1993 PS190 tilt wheel is broken. Anybody know of a temporary fix to get me through the day?

you would need to duct tape the latch forward...

you need to take wheel off and tie wheel off where the springs are shown in picture.. use wire or wire ties...

The first thing you need to do is post pictures of the General Lee PS190, then you can start on the steering.
