Project looks great!!!

You might want to put some outside bumpers on the outside of the bow roller. One offside landing and you could have some damage...

Im guessing that Mastercrafts red didnt change a whole lot between 89 and 95. So whats the code on that paint? is it 877?

Im getting ready to paint mine and put new rims on it.

definitely going to do this next trip to magnum trailers

polisher came yesterday evening so the boat is going back on today. I will have some pictures up of the fenders later this evening.

I hope that is not the only support your going to use to grab the nose.... My trailers original design only had a similar pad like that for the nose and under the nose of my boat was beat to he** because every time I would unload it, it would smack down on it.

I ended up putting a drive on style vertical V-pad like you see on most of the Nautique trailers and removed that setup all together. Love it!!

He has a V-pad in addition to the roller. This is how the MC trailers have been set up since the trailer change in '93.

My '96 had the same set-up and worked great! Since your trailer is not an OEM trailer, you probably needed the added support and uprights to make it work.

Next obstacle is the non slick cutouts that go on the fenders. They are out of production. What does everyone use?

It was definitely not OEM. It was a POS. Here is what it looked like the day I bought the boat in 01 and before I redid it in 03... No poles and standard white wheels.
