1990 Prostar 190 Perfect Pass Setup Wanted - How
Hello everyone, I'm new to TeamTalk but have read a lot on the forums in the past. Great people and great info!
I have a 1990 Prostar 190 that I'd like to put Perfect Pass into (for slalom and trick, I don't jump). The problem... I don't know much about it and I can't afford to spend $1,300 at the marina. Is there any way to find a setup for less. Moreover, what setup am I looking for. There's a lot about drive-by-wire/throttle by wire and different modules. I'd have no problem installing it myself, as long as its the right components. I'm just looking for some guidance in the right direction. |

Try Jody at Florida Inboards. He does a lot of retrofits of Zero Off and ends up with a lot of Perfect Pass components.

If you choose to order a system you should try: http://www.skiertoskier.com/ they had the best prices when I was shopping. You may need a discount code of some sort though. For your boat you definitely need the mechanical system, not "drive by wire". Fairly straight forward install. I have the Stargazer Wake Edition on my boat and I have been very happy with it. Probably the best upgrade you can do. Good luck.
