Cable play - steering & throttle

One of my winter ( ) projects is to see if I can reduce the cable play in the boat's steering and throttle cables. It is not horrible but could definitely be better.

The boat is a '94 Prosport 205 with TBI injection.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks.
