I'm not sure, but I think thats a picture of a "Thongus Undercarraigii" commonly seen in tropical waters this time of year. Lots of college students gather each year about this time to see them gather in schools. Many students make a long voyage just to see these unique warm water loving mammals. They are very easy to see on beaches in the FLorida area in March. Young adult female specimens seem to gather to find male mates and frolic wildly in the warm temperatures in engage some sort of prehisoritc mating ritual involving dancing. They are seen in colder climates as the weather gets warmer throughout the calendar year.
