x15, x30 or x45
So this past weekend I was taken out for 9 hours on and x15 2010 loaded evey option. It was the best time of my boating life. I now have my 6th boat never an inboard have been intrested in one for sometime and this completly sold me. So the 2110 is a bit costly however I have looked at a couple of 07 x30 more in the price range. I am coming out of a rether large 28ft open bow. The only thing I do not like on the x15 and x30 is the bow I really like the bow of the 45 but many people tell me the 45s wake is to big and my younger kids would not do as well learning behind it. What do you guys think??

I would give a kidney and a lung for an X15. I love that boat in an unnatural way.

I have a 2007 X-30 and we are a surfing family. My wife and I and my son (10) all free surf, my daughter (8) is starting to surf and my two 6-y-o girls are starting to get their feet wet on the board. We have the X-30 dialed pretty good for surfing and that is what we do. I actually like the pointed bow as I'm turning into some sizeable wakes on occassion with other boaters around and the water can come over bow when heavily loaded. I like the pickle-fork front of other X-series but it is a bigger scoop for water if you turn into the wake suddenly to retrieve a surfer. The X-30 seats 16 also so still a lot of space.

have you rode behind the 45. The people I was with said the 45s wake was much larger. And the x15 and x30 seemed the same boat just 30 is a little larger on the lay out area ??correct.

I have a 45, my 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter both wakeboard behind it. The wake behind the 45 is not huge with the ballast empty. There is no comparison in the space between the three boats you mentioned, and the bow in the 45 is wicked. We also considered the 15 and 30, but the layout and space of the 45 won out.

they have a 2011 x25 its 97k to much. on the x45 what year did oyu buy, was it new when you got it? Do you surf? and does it come with the plate option for skiing?

on the 2010 x15 could get it for around 68k a little more than I wanna spend but man the camera, video, extra ballast and everything it has with a warranty??
