Crystal Lake, Frankfort or Beulah, MI Slalom Course

Can anyone tell me whether the Slalom course on the subject lake is still in the water and maintained? Was on north shore owned by a Stars & Stripes driver. I'd like to contact the owner to get permission to ski it week of 8/21
