What is the law in texas reguarding uscg capacities people and weight with reguards to ballast?

Technically they could get you if you were over the weight but it will never happen. It would be odd for them to even look at the sticker and count heads unless the boat looked overloaded.

Look at the sticker on your boat. Unless of course MC put the wrong one on your boat, like they did mine...

Had a lot of things checked before but capacity was never one of them. Could get tricky if boat sank and someone dies.
