If it is the same as for the Vdig, you go in the menu at service reset and do the UP, UP, Down, Down arrows in sequence or Down, Down, Up, Up and that should work.

Good luck

Did anyone ever figure out the dealer service reset code sequence for the B.I.G. system? I had the dealer reset it a few weeks ago and it recently came back. Maybe it has something to do with me turning the batteries off when we leave the lake house, but it is just getting annoying. Thanks for the help everyone!

I thought the dealer service reminder was every 100 hours. Oil Change Service reminder should be every 50. I constantly turn off the batteries (as most would) and don't have this issue. Anyways...

Manual for the BIG is at http://mastercraft.com/files/manuals...d961baa1fd.pdf. There were some software/firmware changes so don't be surprised if your menus don't match the instructions. You need to find the "Dealer Service Reset" option in the menus. Then enter the correct sequence. The sequence is up, down, up, down. You need to wait about 2 seconds between each. If it did not work then you did not wait the correct amount of time between pressing the buttons.

The BIG/Viper/Medallion also stores any active engine (ECM) faults. You might want to check to see if any are being stored.

Also notice you are asking about a 2011 so your manual for 2011 at http://mastercraft.com/files/manuals...f00250c1c9.pdf has instructions for the BIG that more accurately reference the correct menus.

Hi,
Here is instruction how to reset that I receive from my dealer!

When they say up and down they mean buttons on the BIG controller (my boat is 2010., without touchscreen)
Its a little bite confuse but I manage to reset in several attempts!

To reset the Dealer Service, please do the following:
1. Select Main Menu
2. Select Dealer Service
3. Then push up down up down
4. Ready!

To reset the Oil Service:
1. Select Main Menu
2. Select Oil Service
3. Select Delete
4. Ready!

I hope this will help!
