77 Stars and Stripes

Hi all I Have a 77 Stars and Stripes Owned it for three years. got it out this year and started somewhat of a make over, and I found out today that the motor is froze up. I sprayed liquid wrench down spark plugs holes and tried to turn it over but nothing. The boat is in need of all upolstry, wiring is crappy, and swim deck is shot. It has a brand new prop shaft and prop I haven't even used yet. Anyways how much you think it will cost me to get these things fixed? Is it worth it or should I just scrap it and move on? Boat is Tan with metalic brown stripes.
