To my knowledge, there is no commercially available replacement. Some have built custom dashes which an look pretty sweet. If it is just a rip in the vinyl, the vinyl can be replaced easy enough.
On mine, the vinyl was good but when I had the dash apart I noticed several cracks in the plastic. To ensure they did not get any worse, I ended up laying some fiberglass over the back side and it appears to be adhering to the plastic well.
