Ford Truck Question

How do you turn the cargo light off??!!!???!!! I have no idea how it got turned on but I can not find a switch that turns it off! Looked all through the owners manual and not even a mention of this light! At least the Chevy has a clearly marked switch and a few sentences in the manual

to restore factory setting, follow these steps

1)turn on the left turn signal
2)step on the brake pedal
3)rotate the dimmer switch all the way to the right and turn on the hazard lights before releasing the brake pedal
4)then turn on the right turn signal...

all with 3 seconds or you have to start over

On my 97 F-150, the cago light comes on with the dome light. I cant turn cargo on by itself.

Let's see if I roll it upwards, the interior lights stay on. If I roll it downward, the panel lights dim. There is not click when you roll it in this direction. By the way........the light is now off
