mildew on cover

Anyone have any suggestions for getting mildew stains off my boat cover? I'll probably try to put it in an oversized machine at a laundromat. I want to get it as clean as possible then waterproof it with some 303. I've heard everything from vinegar to rubbing alcohol to bleach. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I used a pressure washer on mine this fall, it took off most of the crap on my cover. I would think a laudromat machine would work pretty good too.

I would stay away from bleach.
